The Northern Territory (NT) Diabetes Summit was a two-day event held in Mparntwe/Alice Springs, from 3-4 November 2022.

Day 1 of the Summit was led by the Diabetes across the Lifecourse: Northern Australia Partnership. It showcases a number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander presenters from across the NT and highlights lived experiences and the intergenerational diabetes story.

This session is chaired by Dr Elna Ellis, Co-Chair of the NT Diabetes Network, and Endocrinologist – Central Australia Health Service.

This Summit is tailored for health professionals and other interested stakeholders across the NT who support those at risk of and living with diabetes, Aboriginal community members, Elders and people with experience of living with diabetes.
