Electronic music, flamboyant clothing and having a good party was just the beginning for the 1980s, as the crowd of the Blitz Club gained popularity. The Blitz Club had an influence on fashion to music videos and launched iconic pop stars careers including Spandau Ballet and Boy George. Now, Sky Arts are taking a look back at where it all began with some of the Blitz Club’s very own Blitz Kids. Midge Ure, frontman of band Ultravox joins us to discuss what life was like being part of the club and witnessing how that era came to be such a revolution.
