These micro fiber camping towels are ideal for backpacking as they are compact, lightweight, yet large enough to dry yourself off completely. There are two towels - a face/hand towel and a body towel. If you are backpacking for a week, you may want to bring both towels, but for a weekend camping trip, you probably only need the smaller towel. The attached loop makes it easy to hand the towels up to dry. While not as plush or absorbent as a set of terry cloth towels that you would use at home, these are what you want to bring with you to keep both size and weight down in your pack. This is a good product for its intended purpose and I plan on using them on all my future backpacking trips.
