Here's a Manhattan Beach Tree Section home tour of a singe family residence, aka a house, I listed and sold at 1829 Oak Ave in Manhattan Beach a few years ago.

If you are not familiar with Manhattan Beach real estate and are thinking of buying a home in Manhattan Beach, here's what you need to know about the neighborhoods.
