🐓 Quail & Chicken Egg Biryani | A Unique Small Bird Feast 🥘🔥

Biryani lovers, get ready for an extraordinary feast! Today, I’m bringing you a flavorful and aromatic Quail & Chicken Egg Biryani, a dish packed with rich spices, deep-fried goodness, and the fragrant touch of Telangana’s beloved Jeera Samba rice, cooked in Bagara style.

🔸 What makes this biryani special?
• I’m using six perfectly marinated quails and six golden chicken eggs to create a royal feast on a plate.
• These tiny birds are coated with a spicy Chicken 65 masala, deep-fried until golden brown, and then infused into a beautifully spiced biryani.
• Instead of the usual long-grain Basmati, I’m using Jeera Samba rice, known for its intense aroma and delicate texture, cooked in the traditional Bagara rice style, a Telangana favorite.

🍛 How I Made This Incredible Dish:
1️⃣ First, I marinated the quails in a robust blend of spices, yogurt, and Chicken 65 masala, letting the flavors seep deep into the meat.
2️⃣ The chicken eggs were boiled and lightly fried for a crispy texture.
3️⃣ I deep-fried the marinated quails until they turned crispy on the outside yet juicy inside.
4️⃣ Meanwhile, I cooked the Jeera Samba rice in a flavorful mix of onions, green chilies, whole spices, and ghee, in true Bagara rice style.
5️⃣ Once the rice was ready, I layered it with the fried quails and eggs, allowing them to absorb the rich biryani essence.

As I lifted the lid, the aroma of spices, ghee, and deep-fried quail filled the air—each bite was a perfect blend of crunch, spice, and melt-in-the-mouth softness. The eggs added an extra richness, making this one of the most unique biryanis I’ve ever made!
