I'll show how we prepare the files in Lightroom followed by a method for achieving seamless luminosity masking for perfect exposure blends. The technique is useful for many architecture photos and real estate photos too as they often require capturing scenes with a large range in contrast. Often too large for the camera to capture in one frame.

We finish off with my favourite method which uses the Lumenzia panel plugin for Photoshop. You can check it out here: https://bit.ly/3dpGeub There's an amazingly detailed course from Greg Benz available there too which goes much further into depth on how to blend exposures and is a solid investment if you want to learn more.

As this exposure blending technique will naturally reduce contrast I use Color Efex which is part of this collection https://tidd.ly/2UEMlEX to bring back the contrast, add detail and create a more visually interesting image.
