Rebel Congress MLAs To Approach Supreme Court

Uttarakhand High Court has rejected the petition of the 9 rebel Congress MLAs making them ineligible to vote in the floor test tomorrow. The rebel MLAs have now approached the Supreme Court. The last minute petition filed by the MLAs to get a chance to vote in the floor test asking to squashing of order of Uttarakhand assembly was dismissed by the court..The court verdict has become a big boost for the Harish Rawat government to win the floor test with the house strength brought down to 62 from 71.
