In December 2019, four women rode two cargo bikes from Edinburgh to Copenhagen to highlight what can be achieved through collaboration, mutual care, optimism and some lateral thinking. The two pairs took it in turns to travel as cargo and to pedal the 1,000km journey. As the world searches for technological innovations to solve our climate emergency, Resolution Race sought to highlight solutions we already have at our disposal: bikes, bodies, an ability to rise to a challenge and care for our natural world, and a deep longing for social equality.
