This is how I replaced all the bushings in my rear suspension.

Except from the shock absorber bushings. The chocks was replaced not too long ago, so those bushings is still in good condition.

OEM part numbers for the bushings is:
*Body to spring link bushing x2: 89 35 298
*Spring link to axel bushing x2 : 89 35 306
*Axel to torque arm bushing x2: 91 03 110
*Torque arm to body bushing x2: 89 56 468
*Axel to panhard rod bushing x1: 89 30 307
*Panhard rod to body bushing x1: 89 32 014
*Anti-Roll bar to spring arm bushing x2: 89 89 980

Remember to tighten all bolts with torque wrench.
Tightening torques:
*Spring link body brackets to body bolts: 70-90 Nm (52-66 ft-lb)
(Those I did not touch in my operation.)
*Torque arm mounting bolts
Lubricated bushings: 21-35 Nm (16-26 Ft-lb)
Dry bushings: 40-70 Nm (3052 Ft-lb)
*Panhard rod monting bolts: 40-70 Nm (30-52 Ft-lb)
*All other fasteners:
M5 bolts: 5 Nm (44in-lb)
M6 bolts: 10 Nm (89in-lb)

M8 bolts: 20 Nm (15 Ft-lb)
M10 bolts 40 Nm (30Ft-lb)
*Wheel lug bolts: 105-125 Nm (78-92Ft-lb)
*Wheel lug nuts: 90-110 Nm (66-81 Ft-lb)
