An Ordinary Man

The road that runs along the largest mall in Saint Petersburg, the shopping arcade "Gallery", is always cluttered by cabs waiting for arrival of the high speed electric express train Sapsan from Moscow (the railway terminal is located near the shopping arcade).

Cab drivers park in the second and third lane, though there are three, usually non-occupied, parking lots nearby. The cab drivers are ordinary, working people, but the rules are the same for everyone and everyone must follow them.
