Deciding on your career vision really comes down to your priorities. In my experience, most people want to achieve the highest and best use of their skills and knowledge in a way that allows them to feel confident, grow their careers and create a lifestyle they enjoy.

However, some people prefer to dedicate themselves to a particular mission (e.g. saving the rainforest, helping the homeless), while others prefer to achieve a certain lifestyle (e.g. office job, remote work, being outdoors). You might feel “I want it all”! And while that’s aspirational and maybe even possible, it’s often been said that you can have anything you want but not everything you want. So what’s most important to you? This question will be the guide for making every other choice.
