Go to the official website of India Post GDS @https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in/.
There you will find number all 23 circles/states. There you can click on the circle that you wan to check result and cut off marks for.

After clicking on the circle name, the merit list will appear on your screen which mentions the marks obtained by the candidates based on their scores in 10th standard and other factors of selection process.
