One of my favorite go-to recipes. I will also show you how to make fettuccine without a pasta machine. Here's what you will need:
3 cups of 00 pasta flour (if you can't find any 00 use all purpose flour)
1 tbs olive oil
4 egg yolks
3 whole eggs
1 bunch spinach or 5-6 cups baby spinach
salted water with 1tsp baking soda
3 garlic cloves (optional)
