Call For Improved Police Training And Respectful Conduct Following Meeting with Police Commissioner

After meeting with the Police Commissioner today, I made a request. Those stationed at the police station need proper training. They need to understand that we are here to help people. Work should be done with a sense of service. They should treat those who approach them with respect. Since they lack service-oriented training, their behavior is often aggressive. The reports given to you by the lower staff should be analyzed properly. It's not right to forward reports blindly. Analyze them carefully before sending them ahead. The suspension was our demand, and it has now been fulfilled.
