Ingredients:

5 cups puffed rice (murmura)
2 cup jaggery, grated
1 tablespoon ghee

Steps to Make:

Dry roast puffed rice on low heat for 2-3 minutes until crisp. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt jaggery on low heat until frothy. Optionally, add ghee and cardamom powder for enhanced flavor.
Mix roasted puffed rice into the jaggery and stir quickly to coat evenly.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, grease your hands, and shape it into laddus.
Let them set and cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
