A very old and almost forgotten recipe for plain cookies or also called Soldier Cookies. Soft and light, perfect for your coffee or tea. They can last for days. All you need is flour, eggs, sugar, yogurt and oil. It takes only 30 min. to prepare and bake them and you'll have delicious cookies for days.
NOTE: Because of the ammonia soda in the cookies you have to wait for them to completely cool down to eat them.
