1 lb. ground pork
3 cloves minced garlic
1 med. onion minced
Any veggies you like, bean sprouts, shredded carrot, green beans, cabbage
Egg
Lumpia wrappers

Saute garlic and onion. Add pork. When almost done cooking, add additional veggies. Add egg. (Some people roll up raw pork. I was taught from my Filipino BFF to cook it first, then roll it.)
Wrap filling in wrapper. Deep fry. (She also suggested standing the completed lumpia up or leaning at an angle so that any retained oil has the ability to drain out of one small spot vs. on its side)
Use dipping sauce, if you like.

3 Garlic cloves; minced
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Vinegar
1/8 ts Pepper

Combine all ingredients; serve with hot lumpia. Makes
about 1/4 cup.
