Now That's Midschool Ep 6 featuring Paul Warren

Описание к видео Now That's Midschool Ep 6 featuring Paul Warren

Welcome to episode 6 of Now That's Midschool featuring Paul Warren and his collection of midschool bikes and a couple of other bits and pieces.

Paul is a relative new-comer to the midschool BMX collecting scene, but as you will see in this episode, he hasn't wasted much time when it comes to acquiring some midschool gems. Having spent most of his adult life in the Downhill MTB world (he also collects classic MTBs), he recently found himself being in a position to be able to realise a small dream of picking up Sean McKinney inspired S&M Sabbath frame and building a bike that captured his imagination way back when he saw it on the cover of a Ride BMX magazine, in the days when he did ride BMX. From that moment on, the midschool bug got him and got him good style!

Since then, he's quickly picked up various bikes and parts that also captured his imagination, with a heavy bias towards Flatland bikes. He happily admits that if that right, full bike comes on his radar, he's keen to collect that way, instead of doing it part by part, which partly explains why his collection hascome along so quickly. As well as flatland bikes like his S&M Sabbath, he has a Morales Flatland based bike, a KHE Goldfinger (is it midschool or is it newschool?), a KHE Premium Lagger frame set, Hoffman Bikes Big Daddy frameset and has, since filming this episode, picked up another Premium Lagger and a Morales BTS (from Matt Sully's collection) to go with his DK General Lee and S.O.B, his S&M Dirtbike (formerly belonging to Nick Bevan) and a first for this channel, Zima!

So yeah, he's not sitting around! His online presence is thin to say the least so apart from here, you're unlikely see this set of bikes anywhere else for the time being.
