This is an unedited upload of a playthrough of Pokémon Crystal as streamed on twitch.

I've decided to revisit Crystal, the third version of the original Generation 2 games, because I used to consider the remakes HeartGold and SoulSilver to be the superior replacements of the Johto adventure in every way when those released, but in the 15 years that followed, I've slowly grown to question that notion, especially when seeing other Pokémon fans repeat the same sentiments years and years.
So this playthrough was an opportunity to go back to the pre-Hoenn era of Pokémon for the nostalgic experience, but mainly it was a quest to see if whether the common criticisms of the original games might be exaggerations and many aspects I can find that Crystal doesn't get enough credit for.
