Soft Wheat flour Gulab Jamun | No Milk powder Wheat Gulab Jamun | Atta Gulab Jamun recipe

Ingredients:

Milk- 2 cups
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Wheat Flour- 1/2 Cup
Cardomon-1 Tsp
Baking Powder-1 Tsp
Milk to Soften dough- 1 Tbsp

Syrup:

Sugar 1 1/2 Cup
Water - 2 Cups
Cardomom -1 Crushed
Sticky Consistency

Tips:
1. The dough should be little sticky to get soft Jamun. So add 1-2 Tbsp of milk after resting for 15 min if needed.
2.Fry on low flame.
3. Wheat flour changes color fast without cooking inside, so keep stirring while frying
4.Dip jamuns in very hot syrup. Reheat the syrup by adding 1 Tbsp of water if needed.
