Alright, in this second video on bo staff spinning in Kalaripayattu I explore the single arm swings or spins. This is a lot more familiar to me than the version with two arms, so I get this a lot quicker. The main difference between a steel mace or macebell in comparison to a bamboo stick is that you don't actually create circles. You twist the wrist to create a circle for the stick.
