We spent 4 days hiking Peru’s Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu, a 70 km (43 mile) route filled with epic mountain peaks and glaciers, a bright blue lake, deep river valleys, coffee farms, and the lush jungle. And we did the entire trek without a guide!
