Pick and Place Machine:

Our pick and place machine is the workhorse of our SMT line, responsible for precisely positioning surface-mount components onto PCBs. Equipped with high-speed robotic arms and advanced vision systems, this machine ensures swift and accurate placement of components, even in the most densely populated PCBs.

Reflow Oven:

After components are placed onto the PCB, they undergo soldering in our reflow oven. This machine utilizes controlled heat zones to melt solder paste and create reliable solder joints between components and PCB pads. Our reflow oven's temperature profiles are meticulously optimized to meet the soldering requirements of various component types and PCB configurations.

Stencil Printer:

The stencil printer plays a critical role in applying solder paste onto PCBs with precision and consistency. Using a stainless steel stencil, solder paste is deposited onto the PCB through precisely defined apertures, ensuring optimal solder volume and distribution for each component pad.

Inspection Systems:

Quality assurance is paramount in our manufacturing process, which is why we employ advanced inspection systems to verify the integrity of assembled PCBs. Automated optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray inspection technologies allow us to detect defects such as misalignment, solder bridges, and component presence/absence with unparalleled accuracy.

Conveyor System:

Our SMT line features a conveyor system that seamlessly transports PCBs between different stages of the assembly process. This continuous flow ensures efficient throughput and minimizes handling time, contributing to overall productivity and turnaround time.
