Midlife isn’t a crisis; it’s a mutiny. In this video I walk you through what Second Wind offers—a six-month online voyage (Oct 2025–Mar 2026) combining short, practical teaching, live community, and some accountability to help you redraw your map for the second half of life.

Who I am (briefly)
I’m Nick Thorpe—award-winning journalist and author turned PCC-credentialed coach, supervisor and trainer (Animas Centre for Coaching). I’ve logged ~1,500 hours coaching people through midlife pivots, burnout, creative blocks and career change. Former travel writer (three memoirs), BBC radio contributor, and long-time facilitator of group learning and rites-of-passage work.
