Barbara Leung Lai has taught theology and ministry in Asia, Canada, the United States, and the UK.

For almost 20 years, Barbara Leung Lai served on the faculty of Tyndale Seminary, teaching the Old Testament and directing the Pastoral and Chinese Ministry program. She views her role as that of a shepherd-teacher and scholar-saint, which she has exemplified in her teaching, writing, and scholarship.

Having recently retired, Barbara Leung Lai is giving focused attention to research and writing and teaching throughout the United States, Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and China.
