Who is Joe Seagle?
Joe started practicing law in North Carolina in 1996. In 2001, he moved to Orlando, FL, and joined a law firm that owned a real estate title insurance agency. As the Chief Executive Officer of MyLandTrustee, Joe Seagle has provided anonymity and asset protection solutions for real estate investors, owners, and lenders since 2004. With a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he brings over 25 years of experience in practicing real estate law in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
His core competencies include creating and managing land trusts, forming and advising entities for real estate holding and financing, representing foreign nationals in purchasing U.S. real estate, and handling foreclosures, closings, settlements, and title insurance. Joe also possesses rare expertise in checkbook-control self-directed IRAs, 1031 exchanges, and documentary taxes. He aims to help clients protect their privacy, security, and wealth through innovative and customized solutions.
