Welcome to our recording of our live ZOOM training from Friday, 4/3/2020.

The first part of this session focuses on strengthening the draw hand in punching and blocking techniques. The second half of the class focuses on the snapping back motion of the front and side snap kicks.

You will need a laundry basket, a chair or a stool to help with the kicking drills.
