Juicy chicken breasts coated in crispy golden panko crust, served with Hayashi rice.

Serves 3 - 4 pax

Ingredients for Baked Chicken Katsu:
1 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 pieces chicken breasts (350-400 g), 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) thickness
1 tsp. salt
Ground black pepper or white pepper
0.5 cup of all-purpose flour
1 large egg, mixed with 1 Tbsp. water
**Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius


Ingredients for Hayashi Rice:
1 box of Hayashi Roux (House Brand)
3 brown onions
1 bunch of Shimeiji Mushrooms
Shabu Shabu beef (250-300g) - optional
