The Scripture: Psalm 46:10—"Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

The Hebrew: The word for "be still" is ‘raphah’—and it doesn't mean what we think. It means to let go. To release your grip. To stop striving. It's the same word used for hands that go slack, for letting something fall. This is God saying: unclench. Stop white-knuckling your life. Let it fall. I've got it.

The Science: Whale Sonar operates at approximately 20 Hz—a sub-bass frequency that we feel more than hear. Because our body is 70% water, this low frequency literally travels through our cells.
