I had the most delicious burger at the Barangaroo Sydney right at the waterfront of Sydney Darling Harbour and the restaurant called Ume Burger. The Barangaroo location with waterfront views is serving up Bar UME’s signature burgers and sides, with a few new additions to tempt any burger lover. Kitted out with Japanese beers on tap and a vintage Japanese soda vending machine, UME Burger on Wulugul Walk is made for foodies. Right after UME Burger, I headed to Burger Project at Martin Place Sydney CBD. They started to do things a little differently at Burger Project. Inspired by the famous Rockpool Bar & Grill Wagyu burger, Burger Project was born from the same love of fresh, sustainably-sourced ingredients. They worked hard to find local ingredients; partnering with incredible suppliers and producers who care just as much as we do.

Their entire menu is made in-house daily, from each hand-rolled, 100%, grass-fed, beef pattie, to the sauces for your crispy chips, and the delicious, creamy thick shakes and soft serve!

They have an honest and open approach to our burgers and a shared love of eating them!
