A simple Approach to Circular Breathing on the Didgeridoo For Beginners

Описание к видео A simple Approach to Circular Breathing on the Didgeridoo For Beginners

Additional Notes:

Please note that to start with for learning circular breathing it's best to breathe on every 'one' or cycle (every time you squeeze air out of jaw or cheeks and sniff in). In time and after nailing the circular breathing with experience you can then find your own natural breathing pattern, ie how often you breathe.

Some people get the stage 2 of circular breath easier by doing it slowly while others find it easier to doing it quickly: quick sniff in whilst quick squeeze out of air or slow sniff in and slow squeeze out of air. Just find what works best for you or practise both.

I've concentrated on just getting the basic technique so that you can focus purely on getting that without any other complications. As I've mentioned in the video, you can then develop your breathing in time to make it more technically proficient and healthy by using your diaphragm. Diaphragmatic breathing is a subject in itself.

I do online teaching for didge playing from beginners to advanced. A little more info. available on my website (www.joynthorpedidge.com)below and just go to Tuition page.
