눈개승마를 우리 밭에 세고랑이나 심고 지금 후회하고 있어요. 봄에만 먹을 수 있는데 그 이후에는 11월까지 계속 예초를 해주어야해요.

눈개승마가 좋다고 해서 귀촌 직후에 모종을 3판이나 사서 심었어요. 어린 모종을 애지중지 길렀어요. 지금은 아주 잘 자라고 있지만 눈개승마의 경제성에 문제가 있어요. 수확은 봄에만 할 수 있고 그 이후에는 눈개승마가 무지막지하게 자라는 것을 봐야해요. 또 잎이 너무 무성해지면 뱀이 출몰할 수 있어서 11월 서리가 내리기 전까지 계속해서 예초를 해주어야해요. 다른 농작물에 비해 눈개승마가 아무리 몸에 좋다고 하지만 경제성이 없다는 것을 깨달았어요. 어디로 옮길까 고민중입니다.
I bought 3 plates of seedlings and planted them right after I returned to the village because I heard they were good for snow dogs. I grew them dearly. Now they are growing very well, but I have problems with their affordability. Harvesting can only be done in the spring, and after that, I have to watch them grow wildly. Also, if the leaves become too thick, snakes can appear, so I have to keep planting them until the November frost falls. Although snow dogs are healthier than other crops, I realize they are not economical. I am thinking about where to move them.
