ADIDAS SOLAR BOOST 3 Long Run Review

Today I tested the Adidas Solar Boost 3 over the 10 mile or 16.1km distance in some warm, humid and windy conditions.

A 7:49/mi or 4:52/km pace on todays run keeping things at medium effort mainly in the aerobic heart rate zone.

I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance on todays shorter than usual long run. Still recovering from my covid vaccine which hit me for six!
