Linux Mint 21 Upgrade from Linux Mint 20.3

This is a sort of part 2 to the last video where I tested my current 20.3 settings on Linux Mint 21 Beta therefore, Cairo Dock, Compiz & Emerald theme test is included.

Upgrading always comes with risks, a newer Kernel might not work with your WiFi adaptor or similar as I had when I went from 20.1 to 20.3 on one machine and ended up rolling back via Timeshift. Just because its newer doesn't mean it works for you. You can only do this from Linux Mint 20.3
