Coffin Bay National Park 7 Mile Beach Run - full distance

Yeah, I know - a video like this can be similar to watching the Indian Pacific, grass growing or paint drying! However, this does show the sort of conditions you are likely to encounter if you attempt this drive (albeit the beach conditions when this footage was shot were ideal).

Coffin Bay NP is a beautiful part of South Australia and many people have indicated that they are apprehensive about driving the 7 mile beach section.
This is a video of the full length drive along the 7 mile beach, completion of which is essential to reach the more secluded areas of the park. Included are a few comments and strategies to consider if you think of giving it a go

NB: 4WD ONLY - lower your tyre pressure to about 18psi BEFORE you start the drive into the park and go lower if you need to.
