香脆炸云吞
Crispy Fried Wanton

材料:
200克肉碎
80克鲜虾
1根青葱(切碎)
1汤匙 蒜末
1汤匙 酱油
1汤匙 麻油
1汤匙 蚝油
少许胡椒粉
1/2茶匙 盐
1粒蛋白
1汤匙玉米淀粉
***全部材料搅拌均匀***

1盒云吞皮


Crispy Fried Wanton

Ingredients:
200g minced meat
80g fresh shrimp
1 spring onion (chopped)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg white
1 tablespoon cornstarch
***Mix all ingredients evenly***

1 box of wanton skins

【炸菜饼食谱】

粉浆:
200克 中筋面粉
50克 粘米粉
1茶匙 泡打粉
1茶匙 胡椒粉
1茶匙 盐
1茶匙 糖
1汤匙 油
300毫升清水

配料:
半条红萝卜丝
50克 菲菜
2粒大葱
20克虾米

简易沾酱

3汤匙辣椒酱
1汤匙白米醋/白醋
2茶匙 白糖
2汤匙热水
***搅拌均匀*****

Crispy Fried Vegetable Fritters Recipe:

Flour Mixture:
200g all-purpose flour
50g rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
300ml water

Ingredients:
half a carrot
50g Chinese Chives (kuchai)
2 onion
20g dried shrimp

Dip sos:

3 tbsp chili paste
1 tablespoon rice vinegar/vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tbsp hot water
***Stir evenly*****

五香卤肉食谱

分量:13 条

肉馅材料:

500克 后腿肉 切条(喜欢肥的,可以用夹心肉/前腿肉)
150克 沙葛 切条,后挤干水份
1粒 蒜米 (剁碎)
2粒 小葱头 (剁碎)
2汤匙 五香粉
1 茶匙 白胡椒粉
1 茶匙 盐
1 茶匙 糖
1 汤匙 酱油
3 汤匙 木薯粉


其他材料:
封口面糊 (1汤匙 木薯粉 +少许水)
1 张大的 淡豆皮(84x52cm),分成16张


Penang Loh Bak | Ngo Hiang | Five Spice Meat Rolls

Servings: 13pcs

Ingredients:

500g hind leg meat, cut into strips (if you like fat and thin , you can use front leg meat)
150g Yam bean, cut into strips, squeezed dry
1 garlic (chopped)
2 shallots (chopped)
2 tablespoons five spice powder
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons tapioca flour


other Ingredients:
Sealing batter (1 tbsp tapioca flour + a little water)
1 large dan bean skin/lobak skin (divided into 16)

峇拉煎炸鸡翅

材料:
10只鸡翅膀 (切2段)

腌制材料:
20克 峇拉煎(Balacan)(3大匙)
1汤匙 白糖
半汤匙 生抽
1汤匙 蚝油
少许 白胡椒粉
1粒蛋白

和鸡肉混合,腌制1-2小时(腌制隔夜更入味)

作法:
1.鸡翅膀洗净抹干,放入碗中加入腌料腌1-2小时。
2.腌制好后,炸之前加入3汤匙普通面粉
3.锅里大火热油,加入腌好的鸡肉块中火炸8-10分钟或炸至金黄色,捞起滴干油就可以上桌


Belacan Fried Chicken Wing

Ingredients:
10 chicken wings (cut into 2 sections)

Marinate ingredients:
20g Balacan
1 tablespoon sugar
half tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
A pinch of white pepper
1 egg white

Mix with chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours (marinate overnight for more taste)

practice:
1. Wash and dry the chicken wings, put them in a bowl and marinate for 1-2 hours.
2. After marinating, add 3 tablespoons of plain flour before frying
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry on medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, remove and drain the oil and serve
