Alice is Missing is an amazing, emotional, and tightly designed table top role playing game. It’s designed to deliver a complete narrative in about 3 hours. So naturally we did no work last week so we could build characters all day. It’s actually so easy to play, we just tend to over complicate things. Much love to @huntersentertainment for designing this fantastic experience, if we weren’t such relentless theatre kids we might have been able to play it in a reasonable amount of time. We just really had to do those characters studies to make sure we were doing the story justice. But don’t worry, we are far worse when it comes to DnD, character building in D&D is a multi week experience with multiple group meetings. The characters for our Dungeons and Dragons podcast For the Gods took us months. That’s sadly not a joke or exaggeration, even though as I type it, I kind of wish it was.
