In this video I prepare Dover sole and I'll show you how to cook and prepare the perfect Dover sole. Especially if you're not a fan of the small fish bones in your mouth.

I'll cook it the classic way, yet I do trim the edges from the small, outer fish bones and chop the head.

In this recipe I only use some peper and salt to season, and some flower to keep the moist inside the fish as well as for a nice and crispy outside.

Top of with some classic butter and parsley vinaigrette and you are good to go!

Serve with some baked potatoes and greens or salad.
