In an impassioned retort, BRS spokesperson M. Krishank criticised Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for comments made at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Krishank hit out at Reddy for prioritising politics over the interests of the state of Telangana by discussing local political matters on an international platform. In addition, he painted a picture of a thriving Indian economy, suggesting that Reddy's depiction of a nation struggling with farmer issues is inaccurately bleak. Krishank further accused Reddy of lying about the state of the 'Raitu Barosa' scheme in Telangana and used this to illustrate Reddy's insistence on politicising his appearance at the forum.
