Now, DNA has confirmed the victim was 24-year-old Nicole Alston… and the person accused of killing her is someone she once trusted: her own girlfriend, Angel Thompson.

Police say not only did Thompson kill Nicole, but she also allegedly assumed her identity for nearly a decade, collecting over $100K in government benefits and even renewing Nicole’s license with her own photo on it.
