Brief Description of Rajgir and Buddha Gaya Tour:

First we reached Gaya railway station by train from Sealdah. From there we hired an auto and reached Buddha Gaya. From there we walked to Hotel Maurya Vihar, our booked hotel in Buddha Gaya. After reaching the hotel we had breakfast and took some rest and took a bath in the swimming pool of the hotel. As it was already storming outside, we took some more rest after having lunch at the hotel. Then we left at 4 PM and reached by e-Riksha to visit the main attraction of Buddha Gaya, Mahabodhi Temple. Then around 5:30 PM we left there and explored around for a while and had dinner at a restaurant and returned to the hotel by e-rikshaw around 8:30 PM. After some time we fell asleep.

The next morning we got up, checked out of the hotel, hired an e-rikshaw and headed out to explore the rest of Buddhagaya. After exploring Buddh Gaya, we reached Gaya Bus Stand from Buddh Gaya at 11:00 am. From there we reached Rajgir by bus. On reaching Rajgir, we had lunch and hired a sightseeing cart to explore the sights of Rajgir. In the afternoon, from Rajgir Railway station we took a train to reach the Byakthiyarpur station. From there we took a night train back to Kolkata and ended our trip.
