How to Deal with Burnout in I.T. - Dealing With Job Burn Out

In this video I discuss a couple of ways you can try to deal with the burn out in information technology. Wether you are new to I.T. or an I.T. veteran, you are at some point bound to deal with some type of burn out!

If you stale mate at your current job too long, stop learning things, or just don't grow, burn out can creep up on you and bite you in the ass. Be aware of it and be aware of options that you can take to avoid it or deal with it.
