Hemant Soren To Be Sworn In As Jharkhand CM, Congress Pushes For Cabinet Positions | India Today

Hemant Soren, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha chief, is set to take oath as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand for the fourth time on the 28th of November. This follows Soren's meeting with Jharkhand Governor Santosh Gangwar to formally claim the formation of the government. The India bloc and the state unanimously elected Soren as the Legislature Party leader. Meanwhile, the Congress party is pushing for four cabinet positions in the new government, citing its 16 newly elected MLAs.
