UK SPOUSE VISA 2021 | PART 2-1: Documents (Important Documents)

I am just a person who went through the UK Spouse Visa process and is sharing the information I gathered through my experience for those who need more information for their own application.

With a UK Visa application, you should provide AS MUCH detailed information as possible! DO NOT miss out any documents and DO NOT give the Home Office any reason to reject your application. I can’t guarantee that this list will get your application approved, but I’m sure that this list will help you organise yourself and give you a bit of guidance as you what important documents to provide along with your application.

So in an attempt to streamline the whole process of applying for the UK Spouse / Marriage Visa in 2021, instead of having to hand in thousands of pieces of paper including your application form, the UK Gov and Home Office are now requiring you to fill all your details online through their official UK Gov website and provide digital documents to be uploaded online through a third-party provider VFS Global.
