Mini Ghirardelli Cat Treat Holder using the Envelope Punch Board

Very cute Cat Treat Holder using the Envelope Punch Board. He goes together very quickly, and holds a mini Ghirardelli chocolate. A purrrfect Halloween treat, or a sweet "thinking of you" for a cat loving friend.
