A lo mejor sería más sencillo hacer un agujero claramente más grande que el foco, rellenarlo todo con escayola o yeso y luego utilizar una corona de 73mm para hacer el agujero de los focos y quedaría perfecto.
Maybe it would be easier to make a hole clearly bigger than the light, fill it all with plaster, and then use a crown of 73mm to make the hole for the light and it would be perfect.
