The UAE celebrate their National Day on the 2nd of December every year. And today is the 49th anniversary of UAE National Day. Everyone in this world wants to live like a free man. A home country will always be in your heart. Wherever you will go into the world, you will miss your country. Every country in the world has a fixed date to celebrate its Independence Day. UAE also celebrates throughout the country every year as National Day on 2nd December. National Day is a day of happiness throughout the country.
In 1971, six Emirates united under a Federal Constitution. This is the United Arab Emirates. These six Emirates names are Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Quwain, and Fujairah.The seventh emirate, Ra’s al-Khaimah, was added to the federation on 10 February 1972 making it the last Emirate to join. Now the UAE has a total of seven emirates.
His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan nominated the 1st official president of the union & Sheikh Rashid elected as Vice President. The United Arab Emirates flag has four colors in it which are red, black, green, and white. The four different colors of the flag symbolize Arabian unity. This UAE flag was also adopted on 2nd December 1971.
