Enoki mushrooms are the popular Asian mushrooms like shiitake or king oyster, enoki mushroom has a rather mild, slightly fruity taste. its crunchy texture which is rare in the mushroom family.

They're easy and quick to cook and go well in soups and stews, stir-frys, hot pots, noodle dishes such as ramen and soba, as well as omelets, rice dishes, sushi, spring rolls, and curries.

▶ Ingredients :
● 200 g, Beef
● 300 g, Enoki Mushroom
● 5 cloves, Garlic
● 2 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Soy Sauce
● 1 tsp, Black Vinegar
● 1 tbsp, Dark Soy Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Sugar
● 1 tbsp, Sesame Oil
● Pepper Powder, to taste
● For the garnish: thinly sliced cilantro or green onion tops.

Method :
1. Trim off the beef into thinly slices and chop the garlic into small pieces.
2. Transfer them to a mixing bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and pepper powder. Mix and Marinate the beef for 15 minutes.
3. Slice off the root at the bottom of the bunch, heat up the cooking oil in a pan, fry the enoki mushroom until soft, about 3 minutes. Then place them into the plate and set aside.
4. Use the same pan, add the beef and fry to medium rare, about 40 seconds.
5. Put the sautéed enoki mushroom, stir fry for a few seconds.
6. Add thinly sliced cilantro for the garnish. Serve immediately and Enjoy your meal.
