Do you mind telling people a little bit about your focus instead of doors what that looks like and why you have your team focus on conversations as opposed to that so when i mentioned earlier that i watched people uh in the beginning so i've been following deshawn bryant with roof hustlers everybody here should do uh when i was started following him back in he was the first person that really opened my eyes to uh to that idea to begin with uh i was i was banging down doors uh at the time and um He really it made sense It resonated you know like that that's a smart approach So instead of counting the doors that you're knocking you should be counting the conversations that you're having because the truth is is that that's what we're ultimately chasing

Gas stations walking down the street you're knocking in a neighborhood the mail lady comes by When's the last time you gave a mail lady your business card or a stack of them and said hey if you see something wrong on some homeowner's house you happen to see some wind damage or something just leave my card if you don't mind like leave it They might say no but they might say yeah they might say yeah they might be a homeowner in the neighborhood needs help, You don't know
