Not dusty, not smelly, simple, natural and cheap diy cat toilet that saves time and a whole lot of money on litter. The boxes were less that $10 each and pine pellets only about $6 for a 40 lbs bag. Using a layer of pellets only 1 to 2 inches thick allows for easy sifting.
